Everything was perfect Staff were nice, they have even gave us our room before checkin time Transport is near (10 min walk) to tram & metro and 15 min to the center Breakfast was decent

Good value for money - relatively clean, good location, bare minimum facility that you expect from the hotel were present..
Areas for improvement:
No AC, no elevator, physical keys instead of key cards , that you need to return to reception every time you exit.

Very comfy beds, good location, close to canal and easy readable central by public transport, clean. It's value for money!
Areas for improvement:
Breakfast could have a little more choice, pastries are gone very early.
